Blue Sky Comms makes an effort to ensure sure this never happens to our customers. We believe in educating our customers before, during and after the process of buying a new phone system. We want to make sure you understand what you’re getting when you buy the phone; We make sure you or a member of your staff is trained on your new system once the phone is installed. We can even come back a week later to “make sure” since often people don’t know what they don’t know until the technician has walked away and they’re left on their own to do their job.
We also offer our customers phone system “cheat sheets” (since we know no one really reads those long phone manuals) and from time to time our customers wish to book professional phone system trainings at their offices in order to ensure their staff is getting the most out of the new telephone system.
